i checked my mitchell and it also does not say how much for an srt-4 but for a 2004 neon it takes 9L if empty and 4L drain and fill of atf +4

First and formost -- keep in mind this is a manual transmission and not an automatic transmission (all SRT4's are 5spd). So 9L is right out the door.
4L is close... my buddy changed his transmission fluid and said he used almost 3 quarts in his SRT.
If I remember correctly he just used 5w-30w Mobile1 to do this.
If you call a dealer I'm sure they can verify what the best fluid to use.
