First check your manual. It will give you a mileage recommendation. Next do you do normal driving or anything severe? Are you using a manual or automatic? Next check the fluid. The manual gives the procedure but for an automatic it essentially consists of warming up the transmission by driving around for quite a while. Park on a level surface. Put the trns thru EACH gear all the way down and then back up. Leave in park, pull the stick, look at the level and feel the fluid if its hot or not. Look at the fluid. Nice and pinkish or dark?
