I'm trying to change my transmission fluid and I'm getting mixed info. I know how to do it but people tell me it's atf+4 and special formula and or full synthetic.What type of transmission fluid goes in my jeep liberty. 5 speed manual, 3.7 V6?

If it is a manual there is no transmission fluid!
