I take my car to the Mobil 1 Express Lube myself. They have a special machine which makes the job go by quickly. I know, I'm such a girl.How to change transmission fluid?
On the side of the manual tranny, there are 2 bolts
(1) filler bolt
(2) drain bolt.
The oil change is as simple as opening the drain and letting out the old oil. The using a long funnel from the top (or hand pump from below) just pour it in till full. You cannot over fill it, as you are suppose to fill it to the filler bolt.

ONE WARNING: some japanese cars (like my Honda) does NOT use the ticker gear oil. My Honda use the regular ENGINE OIL in the tranny. Verify the exact oil needed for you car first.

theres a drain plug and a filler plug on the side of the tranny all you do is take out the drain plug and let it drain then put it back in the take out the filler plug and just start putting the fluid in
