i would recomend every 30,000 even if the book calls out 150,000 the filter should cost 10 bucks and maby 20 bucks in fluid then an half hr of work and most shops run 60 bucks an hr around here so your lookin at 60-80 bucks to have the peace of mind that your tranny will last longerDo i need to change transmission fluid on a ford focus?
