How to change transmission fluid on a 1988 honda accord?

Before I changed the transmission fluid on a car that old I would like to know if it was ever changed before? If not I don't suggest changing the fluid on a car that old. I've seen were transmissions stop working after changing trans oil. If it is a manual trans their is a drain plug at the bottom of the trans axle and a filler plug aprox. 4 inches above. If it is an automatic you should drop the trans pan and change the rans filter at the same time. I hope this helps.
