My friend asked me if i could change his transmission fluid and filter in his Trailblazer. I cannot find any diagrams or instructions anywhere online, and i usually can find what i need for my vehicles via the web. Thats why i need y'alls help. How involved is this process going to be and where can i find some D.I.Y info (eg. diagrams, step by step instructions, etc...). Pull transmission pan off, pretty sure you use a 13mm socket. Shift cable may be in the way, gently pry the braket that holds the cable to the side with a prybar. Drain fluid and replace filter, filter will pull straight down, and new one will slip right in. Replace gasket and fill fluid(DEXRON 3). Will take 5-6 quarts
