You shouldn't need to remove a bolt. There is a filler tube located on top of your tranny. On Civic's it's usually around your shift linkage. I could have told you for sure but you didn't specify the year. But it's definitly located on top of your trans. pull out the dipstick and get a funnel and pour in a quart of fluid in it. There is a line on the dipstick so make sure that you check the low side (no matter which side of the stick looks like it's the fullest). That way you don't overfill it. And one more thing when you don't pull the pan off and change out or clean the trans filter you aren't helping your transmission that much. Because the converter holds at least 3 quarts and the rest of your trans holds at least 3 more. Only a little over two quarts should drain out when you take your pan off and change/ and or clean your filter. Hope this advice helped you out.
